Keyra's Application

Keyra is a level 31(by the time I'm writing these words) blood elf paladin.

Being the younger sister of a brother who made picking on her his life's work, she had a rough, but mostly pleasant childhood. Living safely behind the walls of Silvermoon, she was living a care-free life, oblivious to the dangers of the world. She had no interest in anything other than burying herself in her books and enjoy the sun's warmth on her skin, preferably both at the same time. Often she clashed with her mother, who insisted Keyra to learn a profession, or anything to help her keep her life going, only to have her pleas fall on deaf ears. Keyra was happy with the life as it was.

That, and everything else, came to an end when the Scourge invaded.

The memories of those dreadful days were etched in Keyra's mind like a branding iron leaves its mark on skin. The horrors she had faced, the atrocities she had witnessed, everything the Scourge left in its wake was a wake up call for her, a grim reminder that life is not always a daydream. But what completely and irreversibly changed her was the death of her brother. He sacrificed himself to protect Keyra from the undead.

After the destruction of the Sunwell, Keyra fell in a state of despair. The loss of her brother was devastating to the young woman, and she didn't feel like she was worthy of that sacrifice. That tragic event led Keyra to become a warrior, to honor the sacrifice of her brother by never being helpless again, so that nobody had to take blows for her. With little time, she had become a formidable axewoman.

When Prince Kael'thas brought M'uru, to Silvermoon, for his energies to be harvested and used, Keyra volunteered. She, alongside many others, claimed M'uru's power for their own. With her newfound abilities, Keyra was more than able to defend her people from its enemies, be it undead, troll, or otherwise...



And she stayed dormant in my character screen until today, but that's another story  Anyway, I apologize if there are any lore inconsistencies, I wrote this late at night(it's almost morning here), so accidents may happen. Hope you like it!(And read it, seriously, the last message was posted in November, I hope this place is not a ghost town)

It would seem that mistakes have been made. Yes, I haven't really checked them out, my apologies. I have read other applications to give me an idea though, and I thought giving such details in my character backstory would be better. But, if you insist
